Unfinished Work
Today a kid at the trails asked me if I was in this video. I paused before I replied to the kid though. Yea I did film the video but what I realize now is that nothing ever came out of that. Sure we made a few bucks on that, but that wasn't the point. Bikes are still not allowed at any skatepark in the Claycord area. What should be said now is that at the time of the bike jam it seemed like we succeded but today it looks like a total failure.

Ashes of American Flags

Check out our myspace! Miguel recorded the throat after Eric layed down the lead guitar yesterday. Big thank you goes to Ben who recorded us at his home in Concord. Morgan made the myspace yesterday. We are extremely eager to play shows hopefully in a few months.
We are Ashes of American Flags!
Anyone know any bands that need a place to practice?
The band that was sharing the practice space with us has just abandoned us(Eric, Scott, Mogan, Miguel, and I), leaving us with a high month to month payment. If we get another band to share the studio with, we would each go $287 per band.
If anyone reads this and is interested contact me here or check Eric's craigslist ad.

Daly City has a Skatepark

Sullivan Ave Skatepark. That's the name of this place. It is located right next to the DMV one block away from Junipero Serra Blvd right behind In N Out Burger. The park itself is small both in space and stucture. There are Bay Game stickers at the coping of the mini. This implies that shredders must shred there. There are movable grind boxes in the park too. This is a great spot to stop by if you are in the area for a few minutes. Not to mention, there is plenty of street outside the park also.

City To City Is Moving!

I didnt update this thing at all in January. My bad for anyone who looks at this. City to City is moving to Theovershow.com where I will be blogging and updating often. I hope to get a little digital camera or something to make updating easier and more interesting.
Lately I have been commuting back and forth between Walnut Creek and San Francisco. I really wish I had not moved out of the city. Even though living in a kitchen kind of sucked. Before school these days, I like to get to the city early and bomb some hills. If you notice in the picture above there is a red cable sort of thing. Brakes! Now every trick I do doesn't count anymore. But I have learned brakes are a necessity in San Francisco.
As far as riding goes, I try to ride everyday now. Last weekend I rode with Josh "Duce" and met up with riders who I dont see very often. Vic, Collin, Nick, and some new Clayton kids who I have never met before. The Clayton Bike Shop has a quarter pipe in the back of the store that Puker built. This last week I rode a lot in San Francisco, and hopefully I get to do that again next week.
I probably wont update this that much anymore until I fully transfer over to The Over Show's domain. I didnt get to say this earlier but Happy 2010 and keep on livin!
Until next time.
